Digital Home Staging

Marketing an empty apartment is harder than it sounds. People see walls and floors—but not yet a home. My job with digital home staging is to bridge that gap.

The apartment in the 9th district had a good starting point—the layout worked, and so did the location. What was missing was atmosphere. The old flooring had to be replaced in the visualization, and herringbone parquet was chosen—because it suits the old building, because it suits the district, because it was simply the right thing.

The rest followed from this decision: warm tones, understated furnishings, indirect lighting. No outcry, no statement—simply a room where one can imagine living.
